Ideas I've stolen - Randomly Appearing Snowman

The_Young_Scot created one of the greatest characters in history, the infmaous, Randomly Appearing Snowman. No one knows where he comes from or goes to. All I know is, it was a good idea and I stole it for cheap laughs.
