	The city has decided to shut our major arterial highway down for two years to make it faster for commuters.


	This will, of course, plunge the rest of the roads and highways in town into chaos. We asked an official what kind of construction was going to take place.


	"Oh, no custruction. We figure after two years enough people will have left that congestion will be significantly reduced."
