It probably isn't necessary, but I feel it hides the lack of actual jokes pretty well.

Not quite as critical as andy but they just didn't make me laugh out loud.

Cussing and swearing isn't bad as long as it is used correctly and it doesn't at all hide my small vocabulary.

Usually SC regulars like to have storyline but a punchline in each strip. Maybe more self-contained strips that are funny by themselves would be good. But as they are, they're firing. Good News Bob deserves to be an icon. Hmm...
