No, they aren't. They are generic. To create your own title, you have to be either a donor or a Donar.

Man, it's hard for swedish minors, like me, to donate. It would be a lot easier if we just could send an sms or something :(

The titles change every so often when you hit a certain post count. The thread where each title was expressed and the posts required to reach each title is too far back for me to dig up.
