themushroomBut not always in polite terms. Some will do the kind thing and let you down like it was a job interview, others can be mean pricks. And there are more mean pricks in the first twenty to thirty years of life.
Oh, you mean the 5% of men who actually care about what's wrong with a woman?
Let's face facts: With monthly hormonal imbalances, women can make an issue out of dryer lint and get very emotional about it. (But who isn't emotional about dryer lint build up that COULD POSSIBLY spark and light your entire house on fire?) When guys see girls flipping out over tiny little things just as much as the big stuff, their natural reaction is to tally everything up to PMS. Outside looking in, I might also. But when there really is something wrong, guys are busy chalking it up to PMS and their uncaring attitude is driving the girl away.
In the end for a guy, it's easier to leave a girl than to be supportive of all of her issues. And sometimes it's more than justified - there are girls out there that have a lot of issues.
I can't say that the opposite (the direct approach, saying whatever you think or feel about someone) is actually the best route to go either. When everything you think about someone is out on the table, it often keeps ripping people apart until there's no threads to bind them anymore.
