First comic was January 2006.. I was 9 years old when I started here! Holy shit. Probably my first "home" on the internet, even though I was never too involved with the community, I still spent too much time on here (for a 9 y/o) and had a lotta fun making myself laugh. My comics are pretty cringeworthy, but some of my later ones were actually kinda funny after I started growing up a lil bit.

Felt a bit nostalgic lately, felt like stopping in and seeing what's going on. Next stop on my nostalgia trip: Habbo Hotel

I remember Ivy and Boorite.  I had just moved away from New Orleans and joined this site and thena couple months later hurricane Katrina happened and Boorite and I were both from NOLA so we chatted about that.

That story doesn't go anywhere - I just think you can still get some tax dollars if you were affected by the flooding is all

TBH the main thing I miss is the wiki. Everyone is awesome and I'm still in touch with a few folks via Facebutt, with the remainder being mostly happy memories.

I still hope to someday be as famous as Crabby.

b) Just wanted to say somewhere I got my first private message in a DECADE. Between Feb 2009 to Jan 2019, no one said a word to me, despite a couple bursts of strips in the meantime (the last one was in 2016).

I decided to check in here since it just hit me how long it's been since I even thought of making a comic... and because I'm currently contesting a permaban from the site I've been spending most of my time on after the Stripcreator era.  I'm glad to see some names I recognize after all this time, but it's sadly not surprising that there's hardly anyone left from the good ol' days.  I just drifted away after being a regular for ten years, and I can't even come up with a real reason why.

Just wanted to say that I've always been jealous of NeoVid's avatar.

Also, I ran the Stripcreator CD Swap for a while. It was great. Since I'm currently unemployed, I'm going to try and put up tracklists from the swaps I was involved with and maybe share the files through DropBox if anyone is interested.

Keep an eye out in the CD Swap Forum thread for future news concerning the above. We've also had eSwaps recently (using DropBox). It's fairly simple and certainly easier than emailing 27 files to someone (which I have also done).

What can I say? I'm a Rock N Roll Junkie.

I logged back in because someone made an insanely contrived pun on Facebook which reminded me of one of my old, very very bad comics. 

I look back now and realise that almost everything I wrote pre 2015 would get 2020 me a public lynching. 

And most of it wasnt that funny, it was trying to be edgy and not really succeeding (how many Kobe Bryant rape jokes did I make?)
