The show was created by Bod Odenkirk and David Cross. Perhaps if a woman was involved in CREATING THE SHOW, she may have decided to ask for 'Ms. Show', or 'Mrs. Show', or 'Miz Show'. Why is that degrading? There are always plenty of female characters on the show.
How is it an oversight? I'm not sure I understand. Every man in the organization, up to and including the president, is a male. But they are also pompous idiots. Why would they do a sketch with a woman in it when they are making fun of the male-centricity of the corporate world, as well as the idiocy of corporations. Part of the joke is also that every male is played by the same two actors. I really hope you're joking, because this is the most ridiculous argument I have ever heard.
No, you're a moron if you think that because two men created a show, they have to include women on it at all. It is THEIR brainchild, and they can play any characters they want, including the female ones.
