Can't believe I never commented on the discs of Gov, jes and UE's second.

Of course, stripcreator was "out of site, out of mind" for me for a while. Don't know why exactly, because I really like a bunch of people on here. Suffice to say that CD Swap 10 brought me back -- not out of obligation or reputation so much as I realized I was missing some things. One was making comics. The other was you guys.

Anyway, I won't be here as much as in the past, but I will be around. And as such, I owe some swap disc reviews. Believe it or not, I had some notes on the discs of jes and gov (and probably UE as well). However, I've no idea where those notes are now. So I'll start listening to the discs again (already have) and making notes again.

It's good to be back.

I've moved twice since swap 10 but I'll try and get any umfumgoodies forwarded to my new address by my old landlord. 

I'm also glad to be back, haven't had reliable internet at home for about 10 months, more importantly I finally had a bunch of stupid humour and good times to share with folks after a loooong hiatus of feeling completely unfunny.

I would actually be interested in swap 11, provided we have smaller groups again. The one large group, while ultimately satisfying in that it added to my music collection, was bitchin' expensive to mail out.

I have been tardy with my reviews, I will own up to that, but I'd be right on top of them with the next one! I'm in school again, so I'll need distractions!

Ok, I'm going to sound like a newb here, but I am not exactly clear on what the CD swap is. Here is what I think it is and if I'm wrong, please throw darts at me until I get it:

Someone sends some CDs to a person or persons, then that person sends those CDs plus another one on to the next person or persons? Again, I'm a moron. I've been here off and on since early in the 2000 decade and I have yet to figure out the CD Swap thing (probably cause this is the only time I've come in this section of the forums to figure it out...so my apologies.)

I have been reading some people saying that it's an expensive thing to do, so another question I have (if I got the above concept right), has anyone considered an MP3 swap instead via email? Might be a lot cheaper to do and faster. Just a thought.
