I think I've managed to kill the character floating glitch. This may wreck some people's flotation gags, but I think it overall improves the looks of comics, especially those made by new people who aren't quite used to the restrictions.

I'm not sure if there are going to be any other side effects of this change, but I've tested it on a whole bunch of comics and everything seems fine. Let me know if there are any problems.

Man, and I was getting so good at avoiding it by using char 255 to widen the speech box! I mean, my formatting was a work of art! ah well. Made obselete once again by smart programmers.
