I think I have a gaming problem. I've done 400 hours of The Elder Scrolls Online. The ping is terrible because Americans are stingy and Australia is a turdy country. I cannot stop playing it.
That's nothing. I have, like, a bajillion on Saint's Row III.
Walking through Melbourne whacking every extremist feminist you see with a giant home-made dildo-sword, whilst wearing an ironic T-shirt isn't playing Saint's Row III.
I know. I'm pretty sure thwapping people who deserve it in the face with a giant fake dick on a handle is called a classic RPG.
Whilst that is true, that still basically defines what Saints Row III is. When was anything in the Saints Row franchise ever considered a true RPG?
I think anything is a true RPG so long as you're given a role to play and a stick, or a rock, or a fist to shake at things to change the world around you.
