Why are internet games so addictive when I have work to do, yet dull and uninteresting when I don't?
Why is it so hard to find motivation to do work yet so easy to find a hundred and one ways of avoiding doing any of it?
And why is it so hard to sleep at night when I'm exhausted, yet so tempting to daydream during the day when I should be working?
