	The intent of the recall isn't to use it when you disagree with their vote.


	The intent is to use it only for egregious acts and being convicted of a crime.


	What about the Preservation Restriction? The intent was "openspace conservation area".


	No, no. You have to look at the letter of the law. Intent means nothing.
