Well, Clockcrew 2.0 has already been spammed up, not as if it was a surprise to anyone.
What I suggest is a lottery type style of things. We pick one user to be banned each month, so we have good crops for that month.
...what the hell, let's just ban a user a week. Time to clean out the CC's closet.
