	What's with the new promotion policy, Sir?


	Since deployed soldiers can't go to required schools for promotion eligibility we're just promoting them and requiring that they go to the schools within a year after returning from deployment.


	What about promotion points and time in service?


	Everything else about the promotion system will work normally.


	So the reason I was passed over for promotion in favor of junior soldi---
