Believe it or not, the Jeepers Creepers plot is very, very similar to the superstition of a curse put on a country town by an Indian Chief named "Cornstalk". The creature who carries out the curse is a VERY GOOD likeness to the large, winged, wrinkled goulish looking guy in the film. You know what they say...Research can be the bomb. Sometimes things just CAN'T be a coincidence.
