	Chen, after the recent shootings in virginia we've decided to increase security here at the office.


	That might be a bit drastic, but I guess it couldn't hurt.


	What we've decided is that all "key personnel" will now be permitted to carry sniper rifles loaded with rubber bullets at the office.
