This is very true at my company, as the non-management staff don't have access to either the colour printers or the laminator. Currently there is an instruction sheet by the sinks with the correct proceedure for washing your hands- which most of the staff find degrading. Since I have both a printer and laminator at home I keep tossing up whether or not I should take it to the next level.
Oh, and what most people don't know is that the hand washing policy came about after they caught someone fingerpainting on the walls of the cubicles with their own effluence.
