I appealed it before and they said my ISP was at fault...

Yeah... suddenly everybody playing the game switched to a crappy ISP. True story.
RvR is not fun with this delay and I know it isn't just me. I'm done with Merlin til they fix it. Mythic to fix this soon, otherwise I'm done with DAoC altogether.
