Mix and bake the cake according to package directions, using 9x13 inch pan. While cake is hot, poke holes with a fork all over the cake.

Spread the sweetened condensed milk all over top of cake so it will seep down the holes. Cool completely.

Frost with Cool Whip. Sprinkle crushed Heath bars over top. Refrigerate.
