This has been my most productive day this week. A deal closed this morning, I mean not closed as in i got the money yet, but the paperwork was signed, i should clear two grand, with ten grand to go
before i break even on the real estate adventure. mailed an offer to one guy and got email from another guy about my offer.
i made the dreaded trip to the BMV and got my plates renewed, not too much hassle, $40, and got groceries, $6.
My other big project was a trip to city hall to try to get the written standards for the search they do when you come in. They wouldn't give me a copy, but i saw a document, 6 years out of date and
and too vague to hold up in court. Big ass cop followed me around menacingly for awhile.
I might or might not take this further, like with a lawsuit or at least some letters. It's been on my mind for a couple years.
