The court decided three cases today. A california prisoner waited too long to file a habeus action. Shell and Chevron weren't pricefixing in a joint venture - this case might help explain why shell
gas stations usually charge more than the ones across the street. A georgia man in prison and in a wheelchair can sue georgia for cruel punishment. It's an important case about state's immunity.
Next week, the court will hear argument by jim bopp in Mn Right to Life about campaign finance.
The case is likely to be the first of many narrowing McConnell v FEC.
