Today I woke up with symptoms of a hangover, so i went back to bed until noon. Call it a sick day. I had one drink over my limit last night. I am at no risk of alcoholism; hangovers aren't worth it.
But I drove around looking for work, got a few leads, did some shopping. I stopped into an army surplus store and wound up selling them some surplus I had in the car, so I more than broke even.
I have this roommate who, while I was away, didn't get a job, got behinder on the rent, used up my toilet paper and his gasoline, didn't do the chores I asked him to, seems to just watch tv all day.
I've been that guy myself, so I'm trying to be compassionate without enabling. I'm giving him another week before I have a guy break his legs. I mean, ask him to leave.
