drove to chicago and back. well it's actually waukegan. snow, rain, floods, fog. made $50, spent $200. i probably passed the screening.
the $5000 study got pushed back a few weeks, so instead of grossing $5k in 2 months, it will be 3 months, which is not as good, considering that i will spend $1k of that on driving back and forth.
had adventures in chicago and kokomo on the way back. it took 6 hours to drive across chicago. i took the scenic route through skokie.
stopped into a couple of clubs. i am missing an auction for the wishard hospital right now, forgot, but it continues tomorrow.
i had to repeat my ekg, passed the second time but it made me late, got caught in rush hour, and tommy was asleep or not home by the time i got to kokomo, but at least i found his house this time.
i'd heard the clubs in kokomo were sleazy and low rent and this turned out to be delightfully true.
