| i'm at a starbucks on rt 41 outside chicago. the screening went pretty well, just really slowly, so now i'm stuck in traffic. really need this coffee. i rested 3 hours at a rest stop this morning. | |

| hasn't closed yet. almost nobody showed up for the screening so it's possible both jake and i will get in. or they could cancel it, or have another screening day. | |

| i missed an exit and drove right past trader joe's. it's too early to go to the lucky horseshoe unless the traffic takes an hour to get that far. | |

| i will probably get home and sleep instead of having any time to use the car i paid for. but the expense was worth it based on the real possibility of getting in the study. | |
