satyrday was a typo

	satyrday i didn't get anything done aside from working 6 hours.


	we were busy so i did less cleaning than usual. swept and mopped the wine room.


	chef gave me a 6 page memo on how to wash the dishes, which i agreed with. a lot of places i've worked never write anything down. chef is literate; uses a lot of notes, which is a good thing.


	plan for sunday: drop off leftovers to food not bombs, work, go visit tommy.


	i had some coffee so i don't know if i could go to sleep yet. today was another day of awake at 5 am.


	sunday the other guy didnt show up so it was just me. monday i didnt get out of bed.
