the nurse asks the rabbit 'what's your blood type?"
wednesday i had a bad cold so i told chef i probably shouldn't work but they kind of insisted. so i was worn out and got up around 5 today, thursday.
i still got a few things done. 20 minutes cleaning the yard, that's all i can do until my back hurts and tells me to stop. bought gas $20, 2 drinks $10, had an ok set, forgot to hit the record button.

made some notes on justice brennan about compelled speech, which he was against but the brennan center is for. the brennan center is a new york based outfit that was an amicus against me in one of my
compelled speech cases about disclaimers.
i had coffee at the show so maybe now i can be productive and work on a brief or clean the stairs.
but first a hot bath, and often after a bath i lose energy and just veg out. we'll see.
