this just in, 2023. zoning thugs lose at scotus

	this just in! the marion county health and hospital corporation, previously known here as the zoning thugs, went to the supreme court saying they couldn't be sued under 42 us 1983. today they lost.


	the court also decided that jack daniels can protect its trademark against a parody dog chew toy, and several other cases.


	alabama lost a gerrymandering case under the voting rights act, 5-4, suprising pundits.


	a medicail fraudster was aquitted of identity theft, when sure he stole the money, but it didnt particularly involve identify theft.


	it's june, and we'll be seeing a flurry of cases as the court wraps up its term. stay tuned, court fans!
