	I see you saved us another $800,000 on our new construction project.


	Yeah, that's a total of $2.8 million I've saved the taxpayers so far.


	That's quite an accomplishment.


	You know, in the private sector, I could negotiate a bonus equal to 10% of the savings.


	You know, we don't do that in the public sector.


	That's okay, I recognize that not having to work hard is its own reward.
