He went from being a jerk with funny hair to be completely insane so quickly that almost no one noticed. The first signs of insanity are when he declared all seniors my ride Public transportation for free costing the state 2 billion a year and causing the local transit authority to almost strike 4 times and now it is severly underfunded and full of old lonely people crowding the trains and buses by riding for free with nowhere to go. A sad lot these old people.
