Excuse me, but I reserved some books online and I'm looking for where I pick them up. I got an email saying my books were in. Apparently my books are ready to be picked up.
The books are right over there on that shelf along that wall. The books are in alphabetical order by last name so just find your books right there.
I'm here for my e-books.
I need to pick them up.
