Dear Bruce. When you moved to Queensland I knew it would be tough. I didn't know how I would cope with not being able to feel your touch, or experience the warmth from your body.
But at least we were still in contact. We could still connect on an emotional level using skype. It wasn't as much as I would have liked but it was what we had.
Every day I'd come home from school and wait for you at the computer. At first you would come on as soon as you got home, but then you started putting other things before me.
Some days you would only be online for an hour or two before you had to go do something else. What could be more important than our love, Bruce?
Then you went and joined the football team. Now I don't see you at all on Tuesday and Thursday nights because of training. You've got your games on Sunday so that's gone too.
Sundays used to be our days, Bruce. A whole day just for you and me. Now you're sharing them with other people. Are you even giving me a thought? I am at home thinking of you the whole time.
