Just fine. I've scheduled surgery for this afternoon.
Surgery? But she only came in for a checkup.
I know, but her insurance does'nt cover that.
This is highly unethical! You'll be sued for malpractice!
No Problem! MY insurance covers THAT!

I, too, capitalize important words. There is a way to bold them, but I don't know what that is yet.

Since we can't control the fonts or size of our text. Using the old script writer's trick of capitalizing the words we want to emphasize is the natural way to get our POINT across. Sometimes, HOWEVER, it IS difficult for ME to know WHICH words to EMPHASIZE dramaticly WITHOUT sounding CONSTIPATED!
