| Well hey I have a project dealing with Dry ice and how it goes through the 3 starts of matter solid, liquid and gas | |
| | |
| | |
| Well do you know Dry ice is a solid and a carbon dioxide and it goes directly from a solid to a gas. | |
| | |
| | |
| Ye because when energy is transferred to dry ice ,the solid carbon dioxide does not melt to a liquid. Instead the solid occurs to changes directly to a gas . | |
| | |
| | |
| Dry ice melts under normal conditions it goes directly from the solid to form Carbon Dioxide gas. | |
| | |
| | |
| A Sublimation is dry ice it’s a solid carbon dioxide and goes directly from the solid state of gas in the atmosphere. You can make liquid carbon dioxide, but its done under 5 atmosphere of pressure | |
| | |
| | |
| the last thing is the higher the pressure it’s possible to skip the liquid phase altogether. Solid to a gas (sublimation). Gas to a solid (deposition). Thanks girl for helping me !! | |
