	In EMT training we learned that people who are having a heart attack should bear down.


	What the fhe fuck does that mean?? If I were having a heart attack I'd be screwed.


	What?!


	You know. Bear down. Like when you're using the bathroom.


	Oh. Yes I see how that'd be helpful...


	So basically, "bear down" means "clench your sphinxter."
