Okay, found it!

One of your panels must be "silent": no dialogue, no narration, so sound effects. This would be most effective as a pregnant pause, but any panel devoid of words counts. Comics can be any length, can be photoshopped, and you are free to use as many or as few characters or backgrounds that you want.

I'll judge this by October 25th, in order to give the winner enough time to churn out a Halloween-themed contest.
