I got real mad once when the tab broke off my soda and it didn't open. I started smacking that can on the counter until it popped a hole and started spaying down the whole room. I pointed it at my mouth and it nearly took my head off but I got a couple of chugs before it emptied.

Then I took a shower, I mopped up the kitchen, and I drank a beer. I didn't keep the can - I recycled it. I didn't need the baggage.

In retrospect it wasn't anything to get so mad about.

Actually, it's been rather hard to keep up, because my mother-in-law has been in the hospital for the past month (perforated bowel, infection, nasty stuff). We drive up to New Hampshire and stay the weekend. Then we spend the week trying to accomplish all those things we didn't get done on the weekend.

This weekend we stayed home.

Though I must say, my mother-in-law is a wrinkly little old lady, but after the operation she retained a lot of fluids and puffed up like the Sta-Puffed Marshmallow Man. She put on 30 pounds in water weight. So, yeah, I have been hiding under a fat woman.
