I have been feeling a bit nostalgic recently, so I decided to have the rules of this contest mimic the way Strip Creator was when it started. The rules give a rough approximation of the limitation we had to endure back then. Anyway, without futher ado:

My first thought was to comment on now nobody is that vehement in their denial unless they're in the closet, but when I saw the distance between the tips of Clango's "fingers..." I couldn't help myself.

Desc's comic is legal. It uses the only two legal asian girls.

Upon closer inspection, however, I noticed that Spanking's comic isn't compliant, as it uses the wrong Maura in panels 2 and 3. Since it really has no impact on the comic anyway, I'll just pretend they're all Maura1.
