Why are all the comics mostly about you? Just because you have emotional problems or whatever... you're not the only important person... Well, it's not because you're a girl, if that's what you're getting at. I wasn't. I was just trying to get you to make another "breaking the fourth wall" comment. I'm not sure anyone even knows what that means. Anyway, there has to be more to you than that. Who can tell? My character hasn't been explored that much yet... The series really isn't that old. You should have your turns now and again. Hmmm. Maybe I'll think of something pithy to say on the next page...

Gah, you tricked me! Hmmm, I guess you're right. But it's too late anyway, the strip is already done. True, but if you add two negatives, you still get a negative. Um... well, if you're against anime, and you dislike most comics, that's two negatives. Multiply two negatives, and you get a positive! My favourite was Meta. I love it how you made the storyline run smoothly and even when you skipped a bit between comics 1 & 2 you told the reader what had happened in that unseen moment without talking about it directly. You have great talent and potential. You don't seem to be new to this gig. So keep it up!

Hey. Have you heard the bad news? Yeah, but I'm pretty sure Jesse McCartney won't actually end up playing Zuko in the Avatar movie. I mean, c'mon. Right? Uh, no. I meant about Majel Barrett dying. What? Oh, frak, no. I hadn't heard. Is that for real? That sucks! Yeah, I-- wait, did you say Jesse McCartney might play Zuko?! That... must... not... happen! Well, he could be kinda emo on "Summerland," you know. ...Uh, which I never watched, btw. Not ever. Also, hello, Star Trek icon dead. Let's focus on being upset about that, shall we...?

 I feel kind of bad about this. The other day I was thinking of making a comic about Suze coming in with bad news and Hilary thinking it was about Zuko's casting... but I didn't have any real bad news she could actually be talking about. Then I heard about Majel, and I thought I could use that. In spite of I'm really upset about it.

 I suck.

You don't suck because you're upset.  You suck because I've never heard of any of those people (including Zuko), and thus don't know how to rate your comic.

If you don't know what  Avatar: The Last Airbender is -- which I don't -- that article seems pretty blatantly racist.

However, the article appears to be a some schmuck's tyrade about how upset he is about casting choies on some movie based on a TV show on Nickelodeon.  That makes it more of a self-relfection on pathos, so I'm okay with it.

Most fans of Avatar are upset to hear that the announced prospective cast of the live-action adaptation are white, whereas the characters from the animated series are supposed to be more Asian and Inuit. Which makes the people casting the movie seem racist, sort of. So the point is fans are protesting that, wanting the producers to cast actors of the appropriate races rather than a bunch of white people.

Once again, I pop in to post my latest comic, even though I don't read other people's threads because I can't find the time, so I feel guilty, but whatever:

Who Watches? part 1 by hilaritynsuze 3-05-09

So we're on for this weekend, right? Watchmen movie. Gonna be the best comic book movie ever. We're on like a swan, buddy! ...Don't ask me what that means, I don't even know. It doesn't matter, I'm just so psyched. One of the few graphic novels I actually think rocks as hard as... it is possible for anything to rock. Yeah? Yeah... of course, Alan Moore thinks... Screw Moore! ...And I mean that with the utmost respect. All this movie has to do is be half as cool as his comic, and it'll still be the best superhero movie ever made. Woah there, I'm not quite ready for anything to replace The Dark Knight in my heart. ...But I forget, you still think Batman Begins was better. Heretic.

 I hate myself for many reasons. One of those is that I so rarely do stuff here and when i do I'm drunk as is mentioned in this strip, which has 8 parts and is supposed to be about Watchmen but ontly intermittently touches on it and I say nothing of value. Sorry. Even so I look forward to seeing the movie. And now is time for sleep.
