Actually, given your preferences, maybe you should go with CAPPY.
1) You should still punctuate.
2) If you ALWAYS use caps, how do YOU show emphasis?

I like CAPPY that's a good one. I try to use punctuation but i am a tad bit lazy. I just add several exclamation points to the end of something that needs emphasis it works just as good!!!
