It would not fit the content of another thread, such as "Butt sex orgy at Kajun's house," by Andy Dougan. Contrastingly, your thread title, "I hearby [sic] declare," could be the title of pretty much any thread where someone who can't spell declares something, which is to say pretty much any thread, except for maybe "Pictures of people declaring things" by Makk. So distinguish your threads from other threads by giving them distinctive titles, such as "I am a colossal Jesus freak."
