I just found out how horrid it looks in the Windows operating system. What the hell is all that blue on the bottom?

The voice bubble is too big and it stretches the table size, forcing the background to repeat.

Why in god's name does it only do it on Windows and Internet Explorer? Linux and Mozilla here and it looks perfect.
