#1 is funny but it reads like a one-liner turned into a comic. I don't get #2.

i like em both. i think the first one would be better though if you switched the guy and girls places so that the last thing you see is her scrunched up face. the way it is now you see her face before he says anything so its kind of like giving the punchline and then telling tthe joke
