I Can See Clearer Now by cartoons_in_space 7-09-08

The Tibetan monks are being overrun by the Chinese military because the air pollution is too much for their eyes. I will send them crates of bottles of eye wash solution! Now, with clearer eyes, the monks beat back the military of the Communist leaders. Thank you, America! Visine gets the Reds out.

The comic confused me at first. Then the punchline made it all come together. Unfortunately, it still wasn't funny.
