Here's the thing: there are hundreds of comics on this web site alone about those same two ideas. But the good ones express them with more clarity, more humor, and less pretension.
I don't mean to discourage you from writing more -- quite the contrary -- but I think your strips would benefit from a more accessible writing style. Before clicking Save, try to forget that you know what you're trying to say, and imagine how they would come across to an anonymous reader.
For examples of well-known comic strips that handle satire adroitly, see Doonesbury or (for specifically employment-related satire) Dilbert.
