We've all seen them. They're the ones who cackle maniacally, give up the master plan before it's ready to be carried out, and inevitably scream about how it's not possible for them to be defeated just before they die at the hero's hands. They've also been known to send the same incompetent minions after the hero time and again and formulate master plans with flaws even a five-year-old can spot.
You job is to make a comic about these evil overlords. You can either make a comic about an incompetent overlord or take a classic overlord scenario and rewrite it so the overlord makes an intelligent decision for once.
No old comics, series are fine, limit five entries total.
