Most people just assume the comics are an image file. I don't think I've ever seen anybody try to post the HTML before. That was kind of impressive.
But the real solution, as explained in the FAQ, is just to post the URL by itself.

This comic is okay, but not very funny. It would look better if you had used the other bench image, so that the bench disappeared to the left side of the panel, instead of hanging in mid-air like that.
