My friend from Berlin called me last night. The first words out of his mouth after I picked up and said "hello" were:

Most likely, he's stereotyping. I think people have the image of America as this kind of place with all these guys speaking Ebonics.

In regards to TheGermans' comics...

...some were good, some weren't so good. A lot of otherwise good ones were ruined with overuse of the narration bar -- a big problem with the new kids. I really liked the following two, especially as a pair:

But try reading them without the redundant narration bar. It's much better because there's less unnecessary distraction.

I liked the fast pace of the following two, as well:

Besides those four, the rest showed potential but weren't so great.
