Okay, as a general rule, politically dogmatic cartoons aren't funny. In this one, I wasn't even sure what your dogma was, only that it was there, which makes it worse. Also, your choice of characters (specifically the "ghost") is really confusing.

Comedically, though, you seem to have a good sense of how the comic should flow, and how the timing should work. Skip the dogma and play around some more and you'll probably churn out some good stuff.

But you haven't yet.
