One definate way to improve your comics is to maybe make one that DOESN'T have the phone going *ring ring ring* in the left of every panel.

I agree with Max. It gets quite annoying.
Also, this is a tip I always give. I find that using good grammar and punctuation can really help clear up the comic. I can't explain why, but it seems to me as though it helps with the "timing" of the comic. It may feel weird, but give it a shot.

The whole idea was that he was/is just talking to the phone. Doesn't really matter who's calling, could be anyone - from a telemarketer to his Grandma Fluffy. Just a non-stop ringing that this guy replies to. Again, not meant to be "lol" funny.

Next round of it, I'll try to 'set' things up better, I just assumed anyone who read it would see that he wasn't answering the phone.
