One very good reason why it wasn't
It was a game show where 6 people in shell suits play games that look like they belong on a course designed to promote "Team Building" go round 4 themed sets, the "mediaevel" set which looked as if it had come from the set of a Gothic bondage porno.
Puzzles of the order of turning random dials, doing giant jigsaws, crosswords etc. meant you got a crystal worth 30 seconds of time in the Crystal Dome at the end where you had to collect gold tokens but not silver ones. Nobody ever got enough gold tokens to even come close to winning.
All the while Richard O'Brien (Riff-Raff from "Rocky Horror" no less) camped about making the show watchable by playing the harmonica randomly and making crude jokes.
It was required viewing when I was 13 but thanks to the magic of puberty I soon got bored if it.
